We are looking for part time Banquet Waiter or Waitress to service dining tables during banquets. The right Waiter/Waitress uplifts the dining experience for guests. This would be someone who will have the patience, personality and perseverance to thrive in this role. Waiter/Waitress responsibilities include serving dining tables all courses specified on BEO, serving coffee and multi-tasking various front-of-the-house duties. If you are able to perform well in such an environments, we’d like to meet you. To be a successful Waiter or Waitress, you should be polite with our guests and make sure they enjoy their dining experience. You should also be a team player and be able to effectively communicate. Waiter/Waitress hours are flexible. Shifts are available during the day & evening along with weekend shifts. Ultimately, it is the duty of our Waiters/Waitresses to provide an excellent overall dining experience. Guests should walk away not only with their palate satisfied, but with a pleasant memory of their time with us.

 

Banquet Server skills & qualifications

 

*Ability to lift 10+lbs and stay comfortable on their feet for the entire shift

 

*Excellent time management & the ability to prioritize tasks

 

*Positive attitude & teamwork skills

 

*Effective communication

 

*Extreme attention to detail & quality

 

*Ability to follow verbal directions in a fast-paced & dynamic environment

 

*Support Banquet Captain in service delivery
