College Student Volunteer

Hudsonville Public Schools is looking for college student volunteers (primarily those looking for student contact hours in Education) willing to help during Riley Middle School's Lunch & Learn / Lunch & Play that runs on Monday through Thursday, from 11:00 am to 12:35 pm beginning Sept 30.  Lunch & Learn and Lunch & Play are drop-in opportunities during the three lunch hours for RMS students to seek academic support OR build relationships with each other while working on social skills through playing board games.  (Let me know if you. need any more details than that).  

Additionally, Riley Street Middle School is looking for college student volunteers willing to help during Advisory at RMS.  Advisory places RMS students into a Homeroom, working in small groups with teachers on essential skills.  This Advisory time runs Tuesdays, Wednesday and Thursdays from 2:20 to 2:45 pm.   If college students wanted additional hours, this could roll into an after school Homework Help opportunity, thus the time would be until 3:30 pm.
