Stewardship & Donor Relations Coordinator

Job Summary

As the Stewardship & Donor Relations Coordinator, you will provide administrative support for the Stewardship and Donor Relations team in the Office of University Development (OUD). Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the Stewardship Coordinator supports the team's core stewardship services in acknowledgements, reporting, recognition, and engagement. You will also be Business Manager for the department, managing the Executive Director's calendar, and supporting team meetings.

Hybrid Work Mode (commutable distance; able to attend weekly team meetings in-person; willingness to be 3 days per week in person in the office, especially for training and developing expertise)

Responsibilities*

  • Help produce donor gift acknowledgement letters from the President, Vice President of Development, and other OUD leadership using existing reports and systems.
  • Compile and run daily, weekly, and monthly reports to support the gift acknowledgement and recognition programs.
  • Maintain and coordinate calendar for executive director.
  • Provide scheduling and logistical support for task forces, committees, or other large group meetings organized by Stewardship & Donor Relations team members.
  • Help produce annual Office of Financial Aid (OFA) scholarship impact reports for donors.
  • Provide support for annual donor endowment mailing.

Required Qualifications*

  • 3+ years administrative and/or project experience or a bachelor's degree
  • Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace.
  • Detail-oriented and strong written communication skills.
  • Customer service oriented
  • Experienced PC user, knowledge of MS Office Suite and Google Suite
