2025 Consulting Analyst - Canada

  • Hybrid Work Model - We expect team members to spend 8 days per month working in the office or at the client site, allowing flexibility to choose these days based upon client meetings, team syncs and individual schedules.
  • Travel Expectations: 0-40%

What You’ll Do:

  • Dive into exciting workstreams and help execute complex consulting projects that drive real-world impact.
  • Execute project management activities; including, workplan creation and updates, milestone tracking, risk management, status updates, change management, and communications
  • Assist in developing executive-level presentations that translate complex issues into clear recommendations across processes, systems, and people.
  • Perform primary research to uncover issues, identify gaps, and design innovative solutions for challenging client problems.
  • Utilize cutting-edge statistical tools and software to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
  • Engage in internal projects that offer opportunities for learning and personal growth.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree to be completed by May 2025
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship
