Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex problems.
- Lead the end-to-end machine learning pipeline, from data collection and preprocessing to model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to define and achieve project goals.
- Optimize and scale machine learning models for performance and efficiency in production environments.
- Stay current with the latest research and advancements in machine learning and AI, and integrate new techniques into our workflows.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, providing technical leadership and support.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in machine learning, data science, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in machine learning algorithms and frameworks
- Proven experience with large-scale data processing and data engineering (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying machine learning models.
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
