Hospice Volunteer

We offer two types of volunteering: direct and indirect. Our direct volunteers provide companionship to our patients by visiting them in their facility or home. This can be through sharing conversation, doing puzzles, playing games, reading, listening to music, bringing a pet in, or even going for a walk outside. Our indirect volunteers help with administrative and clerical work in our office, or in the comfort of your own home. They make admission packets, help with monthly campaigns, and do anything that would help support our staff in terms of office operations. You can even do both indirect and direct volunteering if you'd like! Both are incredibly rewarding, and great experience for someone wanting to enter the medical field or for anyone looking to earn some volunteer hours.
