Requirements:
Associates degree or a minimum of 60 college credits
Experience in working with at-risk youth in an urban, multicultural community
Experience with customer service or interpersonal services
Clearing federal background check
Successful recommendation resources
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in education or human services
Multiple years of experience working with at-risk students in a school setting

Salary/Benefits:
Commensurate with credentials and in accordance with the MPS salary schedule. Entry salary (L2) between $37,536.00 to $46,919.00; 40 hours/week; 202 days/year. Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; Paid leave; Retirement plan. This position is grant-funded and continuation is dependent upon annual grant approval.
