What you will do…

  • Serve as assistant to the Division of Parks & Watercraft's Financial Manager
  • Supervises staff & plays a critical role in the division's fiscal operations
  • Responsible for daily payable administration, works with fiscal year audits, implements & enforces policies, procedures & compliance measures etc.
  • Serve as liaison to the Office of Budget & Finance & Office of Budget Management
  • Assist in the mission to provide exceptional outdoor recreation and boating opportunities by balancing customer service, education, protection and conservation of Ohio's state parks and waterways.
  • Starting hourly pay of $32.51/hr with multiple pay increases over your first 6.5 years of service with an end salary of $46.25/hr

Qualifications

4 yrs. trg. or 4 yrs. exp. in accounting & auditing or business management.

-Or completion of undergraduate core coursework in accounting or business management; 2 yrs. exp. in accounting or business management.

-Or 12 mos. exp. as Business Administrator 1, 63315.

-Or 2 yrs. exp. as Business Services Officer, 63311.

-Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above.
