Part Time and Full Time Overnight and Evening shifts available.
Overnight: 10 PM to 8:30 AM (10-hour shifts), requires every other weekend
🌟 Responsibilities:
- Implement daily nursing care routines for youth, including medication administration and education.
- Oversee the general health of assigned youth, scheduling medical appointments and providing emergency care.
- Participate in the admission process, conducting mental and physical assessments.
- Follow approved guidelines for documentation, medical orders, and youth health concerns.
- Demonstrate professionalism, effective communication, and teamwork.
🧠 Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Conflict resolution in crisis situations.
- Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Understanding of mental health needs and medical interventions for youth.
- Maintain confidentiality and work under adverse conditions.
🎓 Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school with a current state license.
- PEM training within six months of transfer or hire.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- CPR (BLS) certification.
- Minimum 20 years of age.
