Water Restoration Technician

The hourly rate is based on the cost of living in the respective territory and previous experience/certifications. The hourly rate range is between $16 to $27 an hour. If you are eager, this position has the opportunity to make between $3,000 to $10,000 in overtime on an annual basis.
Duties & Responsibilities:
An Emergency Services Technician is a key component of our team providing restoration services to our customers. As you grow in experience, here are some of the things you will do:
- Become proficient in water restoration, mold remediation, containment, and disaster clean-up
- Work with power tools and perform demolition as needed
- Establish and maintain a schedule to ensure all services are performed in a timely and efficient manner
- Respond to losses and initiate water mitigation according to IICRC standards and company procedures
- Communicate with customers regarding scope of work and necessary paperwork
- Document all related information of loss including notes, sketches, and equipment counts
- Participate in on-call rotation
- Travel to other locations within South Carolina with potential overnight stays
- Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
Requirements & Skills :
- Not afraid to roll up your sleeves & get dirty
- Empathy, Friendly, and a positive can-do attitude
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the Restoration Industry
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift/move up to 100 pounds
- Comfortable with walking/standing for long periods of time, working at elevated heights, and working in restricted spaces while wearing PPE
- Ability to pass a drug test & extensive background screening
- Available for full time role with overtime, on-call rotations, and state-wide traveling
