Executive Administrative Assistant Intern

Seeking students interested in gaining practical experience in executive administrative work, project management, and healthcare IT.


Position: Executive Administrative Assistant/Project Management Intern
• Duration: August 12th, 2024 – April 25th, 2025
• Part time, working 15 – 29 hours/week
• Location: Remote, based in Michigan (Eastern Time Zone)
• Wage: $14/hour

The company is currently not authorized to support remote work employees in the following locations: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, California, Delaware, Idaho, Massachusetts, Montana, Nebraska, Utah, Wyoming. 

The student internship program accepts international students with up-to-date work authorization for off-campus employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as administrative assistant to the Business Partner team
  • Take detailed meeting minutes and track Action Items
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with executive leadership and stakeholders
  • Assist Business Partner Team with project management activities
  • Attend meetings with the Business Partner team
  • Interact in a professional manner with executive leadership
  • Utilize Purchase Order entry tools
  • Assist with managing work queues, tickets, and help desk requests
  • Utilize and input data into Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Applications (Hubspot)

Tools intern will use: Zoom, Oracle, JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Outlook email and calendar daily management.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to effectively build rapport in a remote working environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be legally eligible to work in the US and off-campus.
  • Pass a criminal background check.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital tools like Zoom, JIRA, Confluence, HubSpot CRM, Microsoft Outlook, and Teams.
