Entry-Level Retail Marketer
All Weather Seal of West Michigan is a family owned company of 40 years, leading the home improvement industry and known for exceptional products and customer service. We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as our Entry-level Retail Marketing role. As an Entry-level Retail Marketer, you will play a pivotal role in executing our direct marketing initiatives to reach potential customers in targeted areas. Starting pay begins at $15 and hour with weekly performance bonuses. The average Marketer make $20-26 an hour after bonuses with our higher performers making $30-40 an hour after bonuses.
Responsibilities include:
- Planning and implementing in office engagements to generate leads and promote brand awareness.
- Engaging with customers to communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
- Capturing and documenting customer feedback and data accurately.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop compelling engagements.
- Analyzing campaign performance metrics and providing insights to optimize future strategies.
- Representing the company professionally and positively in all interactions with customers and the community.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Previous marketing experience or relevant work experience
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
- Results driven individual.
