United Wholesale Mortgage (UWM) is currently seeking individuals who are interested in joining our Capital Markets team.
Our Capital Markets team plays a critical role in UWM's day-to-day operations. They are responsible for selling our loans to investors — a common practice in U.S. home loans — the team also helps develop and maintain our loan products, setting the pricing and pooling our loans and servicing sales.
What We're Looking For
Our ideal candidate possesses strong customer service and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Suite and comfortability with numbers and analytical tasks. They should be capable of multitasking, handling escalations and have a understanding of math and production tasks.
Nice-To-Have Skills
Each role on this team requires slightly different skills which range from different levels of higher education and/or varying levels of experience. However, every role on our team requires 100% on-site attendance at our office in Pontiac, MI.
