United Wholesale Mortgage (UWM) is currently seeking individuals who are interested in joining our Team Member Services (Human Resources) team. This is an exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in a diverse role, serving all of our current and potential UWM team members.
As part of our TMS team, you will ensure that our work environment remains fulfilling, productive and enjoyable for everyone. You'll play a pivotal role in one or more of the following areas: Leading our recruitment process, facilitating benefits, acknowledging milestones and providing high-quality services that make UWM a great place to work.

Our ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with a knack for problem-solving. A positive attitude and outstanding customer service skills are a must. We value team players who are determined to help us maintain and elevate our standing as the #1 mortgage lender in the nation.
Nice-To-Have Skills
Each role on this team requires slightly different skills which range from different levels of higher education and/or HR experience. However, every role on our team requires 100% on-site attendance at our office in Pontiac, MI.
