Human Resources Analyst

Join our HR team as a Human Resources Analyst! You’ll handle complex personnel matters, administer exams, and ensure compliance with HR laws and policies.

We’re looking for a team player who can multitask, possesses strong communication skills, and excels in customer service. Familiarity with systems like ECOS, Exam legacy System, and SCO is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide consultation on personnel management issues
  • Conduct classification, pay, staffing and organizational studies
  • Develop and oversee examination process
  • Coordinate special programs (e.g., Workers’ Compensation, FMLA)

Pay: $5,855.00 - $7,329.00 per month
