Internship Opportunity: Logistics and Shipping Intern
Location: Remote
Hours: 29 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 12 pm (5 hours per day)
Duration: June 1st to September 1st

Internship Overview:
We are looking for 10 organized and detail-oriented interns to join our logistics and shipping team for a summer program. As a Logistics and Shipping Intern, you will gain real-life experience by managing logistics and shipping processes for our marketplace, which operates under a dropshipping model. This role focuses on optimizing shipping workflows, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth delivery to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Coordination: Oversee the coordination of orders from multiple vendors to customers, ensuring accurate and timely shipments.
- Dropshipping Management: Assist in managing dropshipping operations, including communication with vendors to confirm inventory availability and shipping details.
- Logistics Optimization: Analyze and improve logistics workflows, including tracking shipments, resolving delays, and optimizing shipping costs.
- Vendor Communication: Collaborate with vendors to ensure compliance with shipping standards and address any issues that arise during the shipping process.
- Customer Support: Handle shipping-related inquiries and issues from customers, providing clear and timely communication.
- Reporting: Prepare and analyze reports on shipping performance, vendor compliance, and customer satisfaction to identify areas for improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to shipping regulations and marketplace policies, maintaining high standards for delivery and customer service.
