We are currently seeking a Licensed Counselor that will that will effectively work within our company culture, that treats employees as we would want employees to treat our clients. We are seeking a Counselors that will be good advocates for their clients, solution-oriented, and passionate. 

As a Licensed Counselor, you will have the opportunity have a balance of being office-based and also working from home.

We are seeking a Counselor to provide therapy services to our clients. Our Counselors must be able to effectively communicate with other professionals, conduct assessments, program plan, implement, document, and evaluate treatment.

Job Duties: 

Collaborates with client coordination team to maintain calendar and session availability. 

Meets with clients to assess their needs, provides complete diagnosis, and in collaboration with clients, determines manageable problem focus and treatment priorities. Clients may include: children, adolescents, couples, families, adults, and elders. 

Interacts effectively with each client. Works with clients and, when appropriate, their support systems to produce behavioral, cognitive, and/or emotional changes that meet treatment goals. Evaluates client progress and revises treatment plans as needed. 

Utilizes counseling modalities in which staff is trained and competent and informs supervisor if competencies do not meet a client's needs.  

Completes all necessary documentation such as treatment plans and assessments within required time parameters for each client and works cooperatively with insurance team.  

Schedule: 

Monday-Friday 

3 office days within our Brownsburg office 

Able to work until 7pm at least 2 days per week 

25 client hours scheduled per week 

Requirements: 

A minimum master’s degree from an accredited college or university in social work, psychology, or counseling. 

At least one-year experience in the field of social services 

Licensed in Indiana 

LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT license
