Summer Intern 2024 PDX MODELS
FULLY REMOTE INTERNSHIP POSITION AVAILABLE FOR PDX MODELS!
Preferred: Fashion or Design student
Interns will:
- Learn how we submit our talent for projects, schedule go-sees/castings, and book talent with clients within OREGON and all other major markets (LA, SAN DIEGO, AUSTIN, DALLAS, etc).
- Learn how we maintain talent schedules (personal, school, etc.) and client calendars (castings, jobs. etc.).
- Learn how we keep imagery and information updated within talent utilizing a talent management system.
- Learn how we negotiate rates, oversee agreements, manage booking details, invoice for completed jobs for big brands we have worked with including Nike, Google, MaxMara, Neutrogena, NutriBullet, Marriott, etc
- Learn how we research and outreach to new clients and maintaining a list of existing accounts.
- Learn and become educated on multiple modeling terms used frequently in this industry's day-to-day operations.
- Learn how we submit our signed talent to major projects on casting sites like Casting Networks and Casting Frontier.
- Learn the details on various projects we are submitting talent to and all their casting details.
- Potential to join meetings with signed talent and/or new talent applicants in future Zoom meetings.
- Assist in the photo selection process to replace older photos on models' portfolios.
- Work on micro-projects throughout internship period.
- Learn more about our social media strategy.
- Learn how we maintain positive relationships with models and clients.
- Learn how we scout for models online using social media and Casting Networks.
- Ask our intern to come to a meeting 1x a month in Portland, OR, if not available, Zoom attendance for out of state students will be fine.
