Internship Overview:

We are offering an exciting summer internship opportunity for business students to join our team as Seller Account Managers. This role is critical in ensuring the successful onboarding, training, and management of sellers on our platform. Interns will play a key role in helping sellers become top performers, contributing directly to the growth and success of our marketplace.

Responsibilities:

• Seller Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process of new sellers, ensuring they understand the platform and are equipped to succeed.
• Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training to sellers, guiding them through the creation of their first live shows and ongoing platform usage.
• Inventory Management: Select and manage inventory to be sent to sellers, ensuring a high-quality selection of products.
• Performance Monitoring: Regularly check in with sellers to track their progress, provide feedback, and help them optimize their performance.
• Show Preparation: Help sellers prepare for their live shows, ensuring they have everything they need to engage and entertain their audience effectively.
• Community Building: Foster a supportive and collaborative environment among sellers, encouraging best practices and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a business school program.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in e-commerce, live streaming, and fashion.
