Marketing Coordinator Position at Harvest Preparatory Academy

As a Marketing Assistant, you will work closely with our contracted marketing professionals to support various marketing initiatives aimed at promoting our school and engaging our community.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive enrollment.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media platforms, website, and marketing materials.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
- Assist with the organization and execution of promotional events and activities both on and off-campus.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing department, including data entry, file organization, and scheduling.
- Graphic Design experience in Canva and Adobe programs (i.e. Photoshop and Lightroom)
- Work with other departments, to ensure that marketing efforts are integrated and effective.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns across a variety of channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant marketing or communications program at a college or university.
- Passionate about marketing with a desire to gain practical experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and independently with minimal supervision.
