Ed-Tech Leadership Intern

This role provides a unique chance to collaborate across various HR, sales, recruitment, and marketing departments to enhance, support, and expand operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Collaboration:
  • Collaborate closely with different members of the administrative team to enhance and support operations in multiple departments.
• Teaching Experience:
  • Deliver six 25-minute lessons per week directly to students, gaining valuable teaching experience.
• Specialization Options:
  • Outside of live lessons, choose areas to focus on such as social media design, tech, data analysis, and operations.
• Professional Development:
  • Lead and organize professional development opportunities for mentors to enhance leadership and team management skills.
• Work Flexibility:
  • Work 10 hours per week, which includes live teaching sessions.
  • Commit to a consistent weekly schedule with recurring students for a duration of 3 months.
  • Teaching hours are scheduled before 10 am EST and/or after 7 pm EST to accommodate our students in Korea.
  • The remaining hours offer flexibility for completing department projects based on your availability, as long as deadlines are met promptly.

Requirements:

• Education:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed an undergraduate degree.
• Experience:
  • Interest or prior experience in teaching, tutoring, or educational content development.
• Skills:
  • Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and tech-savvy skills.
• Commitment:
  • Must commit to a minimum of 3 months, dedicating around 10 hours per week, including 6 25-minute lessons of live teaching per week.
• Passion:
  • Genuine interest in educational technology and being motivated to make a difference in the ed tech sector.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Paid Internship:
  • Receive $300 per month, with a minimum commitment of 3 months, including teaching at a rate of $20/hour.
