Job Summary

This position will have a significant focus on sales and recruitment of new members, developing and maintaining relationships with existing members, and providing operational support to the D1 Training Lake Orion team.
 

The primary responsibilities will be on maintaining high levels of customer service by handling daily interactions and communications with both prospective and existing members. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries promptly and effectively, as well as positively representing the D1 Lake Orion brand in the community. Must be a self-motivated, team-oriented person with a passion for sports/fitness. Sales experience and management is required. This role is part-time, approx. 20 hours per week. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, when needed.
 

Responsibilities 

• Making outbound calls daily to leads with an emphasis on speed to contact
• Nurturing leads through the sales process.
• Making sure all client notes and contacts are logged and managed correctly.
• Able to prescribe and sell the correct service based on the client's needs/goals.
• Create social media content for Facebook, IG and TikTok

Qualifications

• Must be a high-energy individual.
• Must have 1+ years in sales
• Must have 1+ years in a customer service setting ideally in the fitness industry.
