Field Support Intern

As a member of the Technology Customer Services Team, the Field Support Intern role will assist Field Support Specialists in serving schools and sites. Interns will assist with maintenance and preparation of district technology resources and with providing on-site support under the guidance of Technology Staff. Responsibilities include: 1) supporting technology preparation for the upcoming school year through system hardware upgrades, system and inventory processing and documentation, and technology distribution; and 2) technology user support through daily administration and troubleshooting, as well as documentation and resource creation relating to hardware, software, and network issues.
