2024 Video Production/Live Streaming Internship
Looking to gain quality experience working in the Video Production and Media field? Oakland County Football Club is currently accepting internship applications for the 2024 season!
Ideal candidates will be ready to begin in May and provide support throughout the 2024 season (end of July).
Internship opportunities are designed for an individual seeking future work experience related to facets of club media operation.
Internships are eligible to provide credits for college courses/fulfillment. All candidates must be available to work 6–8 hours on match days in addition to 3-4 additional hours throughout the week. Physical appearances on match days are required but remainder of work throughout internship can be remote.

Under the supervision of the Oakland County FC Media Director, the Video Production Intern will gain valuable, working knowledge of the club, and will contribute to OCFC’s digital platforms, media needs and game day duties.
Primary responsibilities:
- Assist in delivery of live streamed matches, including either camera operation or streaming software oversight
- Assist in creation of all match-related videography needs and editing that includes but not limited to community outreach events, matches, game presentation content, highlights and previously filmed material
- Develop documents for business collateral and design general materials to represent the club
- Assist Media Director in generating content on OCFC’s digital platforms and website
Qualifications:
- Well-versed in shooting, editing and distributing video content to various platforms in various formats
- Experience with livestream operation, overlays, OBS (or ability to understand)
- Experience in videography/video production
At the conclusion of a successful internship, letters of recommendation can be written and used for future interviews. There are countless graduates for our program that are now working professionally in their desired field thanks in-part to this first-hand experience!
