Human Resources/Marketing Intern

This position would start the beginning of the Summer 2024 semester. On the job training would be ongoing with HR Generalist and the Learning and Development Specialist. This role reports directly to the HR Generalist, Learning and Development Specialist, and President.

 

A Day in the Life of the HR/Marketing Intern:

 

  • Posting job orders to job boards
  • Writing job postings for open jobs
  • Tracking all internal open jobs in ATS System
  • Communicating with Account Directors, Recruiting Manager, and Recruiters
  • Maintaining Google Docs spreadsheet tracking open job orders/interviews/placements
  • Onboarding new hires
  • Managing social media platforms
  • Assisting with enhancing online social presence/brand awareness
  • Assisting Account Directors with administrative tasks
  • Assisting with internal project-based activities
  • Other administrative responsibilities as needed

 

Critical traits you must possess in order to be considered for our opportunity are: 

 

  • 3+ years toward Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Marketing (preferred CN would have demonstrated projects in HR or Marketing)
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills
  • Excel Spreadsheet competency
  • Excellent communication skills-written and verbal
  • Motivated to make impact
  • PC proficiency

 

*Internship can be for school credit, or experience depending on need of candidate
