Assistant School Nurse

• Assist the school nurse in determining medical needs of all enrolled students via communications with parents, home supervisors, family physician and other medical specialists.
• Assist the school nurse in providing school staff with general medical information and specific health concerns for each student.
• Coordinates all vision, hearing, dental and other health related screenings done at the school.
• Takes, records and monitors students’ vital signs and records treatment in student record system.
