Position Purpose:

What you will do:  

Registered Nurse, RN or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)works in a collaborative environment to deliver excellent patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team providing evidenced based medicine and individualized patient care.  A Registered Nurse, RN and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is expected to facilitate all aspects of the patient visit experience.

Minimum Qualifications:  

Graduation from an accredited professional school of nursing. 

Valid RN/LPN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment. 

Valid driver’s license where required by assignment.
