Support Specialist

Do you enjoy routine work with established policies and procedures? You may thrive as a Support Specialist at American National! You would be working with our P&C Claims division to support various functions relating to check processing. Our claims division relies on you for quick and accurate responses to fulfillment requests.  

What You'll Do

•    Accurately match and prepare outgoing checks and correspondence for daily mailing
•    Monitor and process requests for claims checks
•    Confirm checks against daily reports
•    Create tracking and send out certified mail letters
•    Assist with various printing responsibilities 

What You'll Need

There is no experience required for this position. You’ll succeed in this role if you do well with self-motivation and work with minimal supervision. With each new project you will be given detailed instructions but will have minimal oversight from management.
