Marketing Intern

To support our ongoing growth initiatives, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated marketing intern to join our team.  As a key member of our marketing department, the intern will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing strategy, execution, and analysis.  The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing and technology, with a strong desire to learn and contribute to innovative marketing campaigns. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals in a collaborative and supportive environment, where creativity and initiative are encouraged. 

 

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Conduct research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and potential growth opportunities.  Analyze data to generate insights and inform marketing strategies.
  • Provide support in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, including content creation email marketing, and digital advertising efforts.
  • Assist in monitoring and analyzing the performance of marketing initiatives, utilizing analytics tools to measure key metrics and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
  • Assist in distributing marketing content across various channels, including social media platforms, email newsletters, industry forums, and online communities.
  • Support brand management initiatives by ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.  Assist in developing brand guidelines, maintaining brand assets, and monitoring brand mentions and sentiment online.

                

PROJECT/CHANGE MANAGEMENT 

 

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational objectives. Adapt to changes in project scope or requirements as needed.
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on deliverables to ensure they meet established standards and requirements.  Provide feedback and recommendations for improvements as needed.

 

COMMUNICATION/PRESENCE

 

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and disseminate marketing materials across various channels.  Maintain a strong online presence through social media platforms and contribute to the creation of engaging content.
  • Assist in managing and maintaining oXya’s social media channels. Create and schedule posts, monitor engagement metrics, and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.

 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Currently pursuing or possessing a BA/BS in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related fields.  Preferably junior or senior-year candidates with experience in marketing and or digital media.
  • Demonstrate proactive, motivated behavior and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Showcase practical experience with marketing, whether through coursework, internships, personal projects, or other relevant activities.  Be prepared to share stories that highlight your skills and interests during the interview.
  • Exhibit a genuine passion for marketing and its applications in business environments, with a curiosity to explore new trends and innovations.
