Fall 2024 Virtual Human Resources Internship

As a Human Resources Intern here at Braathe Enterprises you will gain valuable experience working hands-on with clients in a virtual environment (online). You will be tasked with projects ranging from recruitment planning to career-related research; gaining both valuable knowledge and highly sought-after experience. You will learn to review resumes while suggesting adjustments for clients, formulate recruitment plans to increase company experience and be provided the ability to learn career techniques through research projects. Human Resources Interns will also be afforded a new network of peers within the same career field and a mentor to assist them through the internship.

Responsibilities

  • Complete various HR projects ranging from start-ups to well-established businesses
  • Successfully screen and critique resumes
  • Locate relevant job opportunities for candidates based on their interests and experience
  • Conduct mock interviews & research HR strategies
  • Construct job descriptions
  • Develop HR projects, research & keep updated on new laws
  • HR Interns will also actively research recruiting trends and practices
  • Create blog posts relating to a variety of Human Resources topics

Requirements

  • Seeking to gain HR experience
  • Willing to provide 5-7hrs a week towards internship projects/opportunities
  • Self-starter able to work in a virtual environment
  • Human Resources/Business degree candidate
  • Access to reliable Internet
  • Must be a current college student
