Huron Pines AmeriCorps Member

Huron Pines AmeriCorps is looking to place motivated and aspiring natural resource professionals in six-month positions with the Botanic Gardens at Historic Barns Park in Traverse City Michigan and Leelanau Conservancy in Leeland Michigan.

Both these opportunities offer a multitude of unique experiences to further the development of young professionals or those looking to make a career shift. AmeriCorps service provides members with specialized training, networking opportunities, project management experience, an education award of $3,447.50, a living allowance, and exclusive recreational offerings. These AmeriCorps service positions often serve as a stepping stone to that coveted career in natural resources.
