Healthcare Concierge

Requirements: 

  • GED or HS Diploma

Responsibilities: 

  1. Through your continuous presence and availability within the hospital unit (a defined area within the hospital), efficiently retrieve and provide non-clinical items such as water, food, and blankets using the Helen App, ensuring patients have what they need promptly. 
  2. Assist the nursing team by performing requested non-clinical tasks such as restocking rooms and gathering supplies, contributing to a seamless hospital operation. 
  3. Engage with patients on a personal level, spreading positivity and care while ensuring their comfort and providing companionship. 
  4. Maintain organized and clear hospital spaces, enhancing the overall environment. 
  5. Be an ambassador for the program through courteous communication with patients, families, and colleagues. 
  6. Adhere to all hospital rules and regulations. 
  7. Take on additional projects or tasks to continuously enhance the program.
