Wellness Director RN or LPN

Manages the day-to-day clinical services of the community to verify that residents’ activities of daily living (ADLs) and healthcare needs are met. Verifies residents are treated with respect and dignity and verifies residents are receiving quality care as their needs change. Supervises and provides leadership, as well as coaching, to licensed nurses and other direct care staff within the community, while creating an
inclusive community culture that provides high quality resident experiences and care, and engages residents, families, and associates.
