Join us! Engage in multiple levels of non-profit management while expanding the impact of Foodscapes programs in Southern Maine. Drive growth within the organization by building capacity.
Maine Foodscapes focuses on reducing food insecurity in southern Maine. By providing low-income families and individuals with free gardens, gardening, and food preparation instruction, Maine Foodscapes is able to increase direct access to produce. Maine Foodscapes is part of a network of southern Maine organizations and programs that support food production as a means to reduce food insecurity. Maine Foodscapes has several partnerships that enable us to leverage additional resources to combat hunger and poverty.
The VISTA member will aid Maine Foodscapes in developing key processes necessary for the long-term sustainability of the organization through grant preparation, and fundraising campaigns & events. The VISTA member will also support data collection & impact reporting.

- Bi-Weekly Living Allowance of $877/Biweekly
- Relocation Allowance of $750 plus $.40 per mile (for those moving more than 50 miles)
