Physical Therapist - $5K sign on bonus
We are seeking a Physical Therapist for an Outpatient setting to join our team in Glendale Ca! This is a full-time position (part-time ok). You will provide direct patient care and support rehabilitation activities.
Interstate Therapy Solutions is part of the Confluent Health family. Over 600 locations nationwide and we operate the PT, OT & SLP departments of 20 hospitals here in the LA & OC area as well as having over 25 outpatient PT clinics.
PT outpatient
- Perform thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions in an out-patient setting
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs and goals.
- Implement a variety of evidence-based interventions, exercises, and manual techniques.
- Educate patients on self-management techniques and injury prevention strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and progress reports.
- Direct and Supervise PT Assistants and/or Aide.
