Job Title: Neuro Physical Therapist - $10,000 Sign-on Bonus
Job Type: Full-time (Mon-Fri; 40 hours per week. Will further discuss schedule during interview.)
Job Location: 263 7th Avenue, Suite 2A, Brooklyn, NY (across from N.Y.P.B.M.H.); outpatient clinic)
Salary Description: $82,000.00 - $108,000.00 (commensurate with experience)
Neuro Physical Therapist responsibilities include ...
- Assessing patients' strengths and weaknesses.
- Devising creative treatment plans for individuals suffering from injuries or muscle, nerve, joint, and bone diseases.
- Provide excellent 1:1 care for your patients, spending an average of 40 minutes with each person.
- Helping patients restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability.
- Encouraging patients along the road to recovery.
- Medical Specialties at the clinic include orthopedics, and neuro.
- Adult Neuro outpatient caseload; stroke, TBI, MS, and balance.
Qualifications:
- NYS Physical Therapist License
- Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success
- Basic computer skills
- CPR and first aid certification required
- Experience working in an ortho/neuro rehabilitation outpatient setting as a Licensed Physical Therapist a plus; open to New Grads with experience during clinicals
