The Role of a Lifetime
As a key member of our front desk team, you'll be the face of our hotel, creating a welcoming and positive experience for each and every guest. Here's a taste of what you'll be doing:
- Answering incoming calls professionally, showcasing your exceptional phone etiquette
- Providing excellent customer service by promptly addressing guest questions and concerns
- Handling reservations and modifications with ease
- Ensuring guest interactions and reward program adherence meet our high standards
- Efficiently managing check-in and check-out procedures, creating positive experiences
- Maintaining guest privacy and safety by safeguarding their information
- Assisting the sales team with pre-registration and room blocking for groups
- Using your suggestive selling skills to promote hotel services and amenities
- Collaborating with housekeeping and maintenance to address guest concerns and ensure room readiness
- Attending department meetings and staying up-to-date with hotel policies and procedures
- Completing assigned duties and checklists with meticulous attention to detail
Qualifications That Make a Splash
- Previous hotel guest services experience is preferred
- Customer service experience is required
- Ability to think on your feet and make appropriate decisions in response to guest concerns

We're looking for someone with a high school diploma or equivalent and a willingness to learn and grow. If you have one to three months of related experience or training, that's a plus!
