Sales Manager

Sales job description:

A wholly owned subsidiary of Viablife Biotech, Pure Naturals, operates a wholesaler specializing in natural ingredients including cosmetic ingredients, fine chemicals, natural dyes, pharmaceutical intermediates, and food additives. Viablife Biotech, as a leading manufacturer, develops green, efficient and cost-effective biomanufacturing processes for industrially natural products. We are expanding our business in North America and currently are recruiting Sales Representatives. The sales representative will possess a comprehensive understanding of the sales process and excel at generating leads, building relationships, and successfully closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who can identify potential customers, initiate email correspondence, conduct phone & conference calls, give presentations, and attend networking events and trade shows. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objections.
  • Serve customers by selling products and achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies.
  • Identify prospects, schedule appointments, make qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business.
  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, including daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
  • Coordinate with other sales representatives to ensure that quotas are met and company standards are maintained.
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, new products, delivery schedules, and industry trends.
  • Assist in social media marketing.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed.

Preferred skills and qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Prior sales experience.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to travel to customer events.
