Assistant Restaurant Manager

 

Butcher’s Union is seeking to hire assistant restaurant Manager(s) to help assist in hiring, training, managing and leading the team in order to achieve sales, budget, guest satisfaction, product quality and food safety goals.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities

Assist with the management and leadership of front of house and heart of house teams.

Foster a culture of passion, teamwork, dedication.

Have working knowledge of all departments and positions.

Coach and mentor team members.

Ensure restaurant standards are achieved in accordance with restaurant goals and philosophies.
