Guest Services Team Member

We're looking for someone to join our close-knit, woman-powered, queer-celebrating team as a Guest Services Team Member. This position covers all areas of hospitality management including reservation platform management, guest communication, marketing, event planning and property management.
The ideal candidate will dig what we're building and be eager to learn, contribute and work hard.
Responsibilities:
Cleaning and Property Management
- Clean and prepare rooms between guests
- Maintain shared spaces indoors and outdoors - including pool and gardens
Guest Communication and Reservation Management
- Utilize the motel's communication platforms effectively to relay information and respond to guest inquiries promptly.
- Assist with guest communication, including responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing assistance as needed.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with guests to ensure a positive experience.
Marketing and Events
- Assist in managing social media accounts for the motel, including creating posts, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
- Assist in website management
- Support on-site events (example: cannabis-infused, farm-to-table dinners, LGBTQ+ Pride parties and wellness retreats)
Other Requirements:
- Reliable transportation to and from the motel.
- Smart Phone able to download apps
- Strong time management skills to balance cleaning duties with guest service tasks.
- Willingness to undergo on-site training for cleaning procedures and software systems.
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs comfortably.
- Prior experience in hospitality, home-cleaning, marketing or event planning is a huge plus
