Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Part-Time School Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with school-aged children, possess strong communication skills, and be dedicated to promoting overall wellness and mobility. As a Part-Time You will play a crucial role in supporting the physical therapy needs of students, and collaborating with the teams of experienced support staff and therapists for these children.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide direct physical therapy assistance to school-aged children under the supervision and guidance of licensed physical therapists.

2. Collaborate with the therapy team to assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for students.

3. Assist in conducting evaluations and progress assessments to monitor and adjust treatment plans as needed.

4. Work closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to student care.

5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions.

6. Participate in team meetings, in-service training, and professional development activities.

7. Uphold ethical and professional standards, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for students and staff.
