Day Camp On The Road Counselor

§ Counselors are responsible for leading groups of 10-12 campers (ages k-5) through the day camp program start to finish each day. They are the groups’ coach, leader, and teacher, and friend.

§ Lead campers in worship, activities, meals, etc.

§ Be Christ-like role models. Make sure campers are treated fairly.

§ Enforce rules and discipline when necessary. Work with other counselors and leadership staff when issues arise. 

§ Assist with all-staff tasks such as hauling equipment, daily cleanup, leading activities, etc. 

§ Travels to each Day Camp On The Road Site during the summer season.
