Inside Sales 40k Base - Real Estate Acquisitions Representative

With at least 1 year of experience in B2C sales, you understand the nuances of phone interactions. You recognize that your voice and tonality carry immense weight, especially in the absence of body language cues. Being adept with CRMs, thorough note-taking, and diligently following up are part of your DNA.
Outperforming peers is not just a goal; it's ingrained in your approach to life. Your ability to learn and implement at a rapid pace is a testament to your agility in the ever-evolving field of sales. You actively seek feedback, understanding that sales is a game of slight edges.
Compensation:
Expected earnings for this role are $60,000 to $75,000. Salespeople who fail to earn at this level are not kept at Unload My Home, as our leads, systems, and resources provide ample opportunity for selling.
Base pay is between $24,000 to $40,000, depending on your experience, and is a draw against commission.

What you’ll be doing:
Each weekday kicks off at 8:30 AM, where the team reviews the previous day’s KPIs and immerses in targeted sales training. The rest of the day, you’ll spend your time on the phone engaging with potential sellers, qualifying new opportunities swiftly and following up with existing prospects.
Your role involves not just talking but strategically setting appointments for our outside sales representatives, ensuring every opportunity is maximized. You’ll use the CRM to focus on deals that promise the most revenue, meticulously adding thorough notes, follow-up dates, and next steps to streamline the process.
To optimize your conversations, you leverage our cutting-edge power dialer, ensuring that you have the maximum number of meaningful interactions. While your day ends at 5:30, you’re ready to answer after hours calls from hot prospects and lead sources.
