Job Summary: Works with and provides Information Technology support to the group with regard to the development, implementation, and maintenance of NAL systems and hardware.
 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Learns and develops skills in information technology
2. Works under the direction of assigned department
3. Assists in network and hardware troubleshooting
4. Gains hands on experience in NAL systems
5. Performs other duties as assigned
 

Requirements:
1. Currently enrolled and working toward a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related technical discipline
2. Up to 2 years of related manufacturing experience
3. Strong knowledge, skills, and abilities in the following areas:
a. Analytical and problem solving skills
b. Organizational and planning skills
c. Computer skills in standard business software (including MS Office programs)
d. Written and verbal communications and presentation skills
e. Interpersonal skills — ability to confidently interact with individuals at all levels of authority and maintain composure in sensitive, stressful, and pressure situations
