Job Description
Position Highlights:

Position: Advanced Practice Provider (APN or PA) - Internal Medicine - Medical Group
Location:  731 S. IL Route 21, Gurnee, IL
Full Time/Part Time: Full-Time (40 hrs/wk)
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30AM to 5:00pm
Required Travel: No
 

What you will need:

Acute Care NP OR  Adult Gerontology Acute Care NP Board Certification (ACNP or AGACNP Board Certification) if applicable
Education: Bachelor Degree required; Masters degree preferred
Current RN and APN Licenses OR PA License in the State of Illinois required
Illinois Controlled Substance & Federal DEA License required
BLS/ACLS certification required
3-5 years of APN or PA experience in Primary Care, Immediate Care, or Emergency Medicine required

What you will do:

Provide comprehensive health assessments, differential diagnosis, and prescribe treatments under the protocol in the direct management of acute and chronic illness and disease
Promote wellness and prevent illness and injury in various settings for individuals, families, and communities
Work autonomously and in interdisciplinary teams as resources and consultants
Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience
