Founders Classical Academies (FCA) & Founders Teacher Initiative (teacher placement and training)

Teacher Certification and an Education Degree is not Required

The candidates will be placed at an FCA school in Texas or Arkansas depending on preference and availability.

The next cohort of teachers will be trained in the summer of 2024, but our recruiting efforts begin now. We are still seeking candidates with degrees with majors in specific areas such as Classics, Liberal Arts, Latin, Literature, Mathematics, Philosophy, Political Science, and Science (e.g. Biology, Chemistry and Physics).
