Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develops and is accountable for the assignment work plan and ensures assigned tasks and responsibilities are achieved.
  • Plans, organizes and controls multiple responsibilities and resources to achieve assignment objectives.
  • Develops solutions for clients and manages the implementation of ideas.
  • Develops and strengthens long-term relationships with senior client management and peer client levels.
  • Contributes to and supports the development of the team – continually builds and shares knowledge, and engages in ongoing personal career growth.
  • Supports the partner/s in the development and planning of practice objectives and budgets.
  • Supports the partner/s in developing new initiatives to increase retention, meet resourcing needs (including recruitment interviews), utilization and people development.
  • Development of functional specialization and/or industry expertise.
  • Actively pursues self-development opportunities.
  • Participation in firm wide initiatives – recruitment, business development, and retention initiatives.
  • Helps manage and develop the business to ensure improved profitability in the short and long term. Manages and develops personal goals in line with firm objectives.
  • Engages in effective marketing, business development and networking activities to drive sales.

Professional Skills and Qualifications
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related discipline. A valid CPA license and 5+ years of accounting experience are essential for this role.
