High School World Language Teacher
JOB DESCRIPTION: This position requires delivery of instruction of foreign language to high school students. A successful applicant will have a passion for learning and the ability to cultivate a hunger for knowledge among students and engage them in a fun learning environment that encourages their curiosity and continued improvement. Teachers at CHS help students set goals and attain these goals. They are members of a school community that strives to build strong relationships with students and families. They are strong collaborators and work with their colleagues to continuously improve their teaching and the school.
QUALIFICATIONS: Valid State of Michigan Teaching Certificate with FA-FS endorsement; preference is given to endorsements in Spanish and French but all World Language endorsements will be considered
STARTING DATE: Beginning of the 2024-25 school year in the last week of August.
SALARY & BENEFITS: according to the Master Agreement between the CEA and the Public Schools of CLK.
