Sales Representative

Job Description:

We are now hiring entry-level Sales Representatives for internships and full time employment. Our program is setup for students who want to build essential interpersonal, sales, and leadership skills. Representatives will be selling residential pest control contracts.

During the summer program, sales reps will have daily meetings focused on building sales skills. Our reps will learn the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.

Average first summer reps making around $15,000 since we initiated the program in 2015, and top earners making over $40,000.

What is expected/requirements:

It is not necessary to have previous sales experience. We expect good work ethic, efficiency in communication, and a positive attitude. Prior to the summer start date, we expect all students to complete the Training Program which includes reading our sales manual, watching our training videos and completing training calls with a manager.
