Bridal Sales & Marketing Internship

Bella Bridesmaids is looking for an intern to join our growing team. We’re seeking a kind, energetic and empathetic individual committed to celebrating our Bella culture and customer service.

• Someone looking to learn and gain knowledge of the bridal/fashion industry or going to school for sales/marketing.
• Someone who is passionate about people – customers, co-workers, designers.

What to expect as a Bridal Intern:

• You’ll provide a best-in-class shopping experience to brides, bridesmaids and their families.
• You like to think of ways to improve customer service and  your work environment.
• You’ll actively and consistently assist with the visual maintenance of the showroom.
• You’ll exude a positive attitude and have a passion for working with a culturally diverse group of brides and their bridesmaids.
• You’ll build meaningful connections with your coworkers, clients and vendors to perpetuate Bella’s culture and excellent customer service reputation.

General Responsibilities:

• Working under stylists and helping during appointments. 
• Help clients finalize orders.
• Unpacking, inspecting, steaming, and tagging product that comes into the store.
• Administrative tasks: answering phones and booking appointments.
• Providing excellent customer service to our customers and community.
• Technology knowledge – helping clients submit orders, working in our online showroom, online scheduling, calendar management.
• Work on marketing and social media projects.
• Light cleaning of the showroom.

What you’ll need:

• Minimum of 1 year professional/customer service experience preferred.
• Service oriented mentality with a desire to work directly with customers in person, via email, and by phone.
• A proactive attitude in seeking out education, additional training and understanding of the bigger picture.
• Saturday availability

Schedule:

• Day shift - flexible with school schedules
• Weekends - every other Saturday
